Information we collect
We collect account details, contact information, device and recovery-request information, enquiry messages, authentication records and operational security logs that are necessary to provide and protect the service.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, manage recovery cases, operate customer and administration portals, prevent abuse, maintain security and meet legal or contractual obligations.
Storage and access
Access is restricted according to job responsibilities. Passwords are stored only as one-way password hashes. Sensitive configuration such as database and email credentials is kept outside the source code.
Retention
Records are retained only for as long as needed for service delivery, security, legal, accounting and dispute-resolution purposes. Retention periods depend on the purpose of the record and applicable legal, accounting, contractual and security requirements.
Your choices
You may ask DriveDiggers to correct your account information or request information about applicable deletion and access rights. Some records may need to be retained where law, security or contractual obligations require it.
